If you have not already had a conversation with our Adoption Coordinator, please reach out to her before submitting this form.

Please email photographs of the property where the horse will be kept:
• Turnout, pasture, fences
• Water sources
• Barn or shelter, feeding area and feed tubs.
• Photos of currently owned horses or other horses on the property.
• Please include a photo(s) of you riding (if available) if you are applying for a rideable horse.

We will email you to continue the conversation. A background check is a part of the application process.

A $15 application fee through donation is requested. You will be redirected to the donation page when you submit the application form. You will also receive email confirmation of your application.
