My name is Lily and I am a ten year old Mustang. I was rescued from starvation and neglect by the Levy County Sheriff’s Office along with 15 other horses. Horse Protection and the Sheriff’s Office worked hand in hand to come to my aid. I am very smart and willing to learn. I also am very forgiving and even though humans hurt me, I still love human companionship. Would you please be my person? Love, Lily.

Awaiting Training
Horse Protection evaluates its horses extensively and provides them with natural horsemanship training to give them the best chance to find a loving human partner. The horses in this category are undergoing that process. We try to understand each horse well before offering him or her for adoption.
